What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and email money transfers for your convenience.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee, aiming for a 90% reduction in mosquitoes. If you’re not satisfied within 21 days of treatment, we’ll re-treat the area or provide a refund. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to single sprays.
How long should we stay off the treated areas?
Please avoid treated areas until they have dried, which typically takes about 20 minutes.
Why might multiple treatments be necessary?
Depending on breeding sites and other factors, multiple treatments may be needed. We offer flexible treatment plans to accommodate your specific situation.
When are treatments applied?
Our licensed technicians apply treatments from dawn to dusk, taking care to protect the surrounding ecosystem. Weather conditions, especially wind, play a significant role in scheduling treatments.
